Need help planning your trip to Spain?
If you are searching for a quick and easy-to-read guide about structuring an independent journey to Spain, this is your book.
This unique paperback is written as a friendly conversation between Author and Reader about planning and preparing for a vacation to Spain.
Spain for the Independent Traveler (SFTIT) is a carefully curated and compiled resource detailing the research conducted for a recent trip to Madrid, Seville, Marbella, Malaga, and Granada. It details an organized process on how to customize and personalize a thoughtful itinerary - to meet the specific needs of the independent traveler.
SFTIT is written as a complement (not as a competitor) to the encyclopedic-style travel books. In fact, this book will help readers use traditional guidebooks - which lists a multitude of hotel options and tourist attractions - more effectively.
This niche book is designed to help travelers process the overwhelming choices involved in booking hotels, finding locally sourced tour operators, purchasing train tickets, discovering flight tips, and deciding what types of insurance may be useful on your future trip to Spain.

Writing your college Admissions Essay…
is as easy as cooking gumbo!
This quick-read book is a fun way to address an extremely important topic – the college admission essay.
Many high school seniors feel enormous pressure to produce a ‘publish-worthy’ masterpiece written in an unfamiliar voice and style.
So why did I decide to write a book about this topic?
It was August 2019 - when a stressed senior struggled to produce the very first sentence of a required 600-word essay.
Just for this budding writer, I put pen to paper to create an entertaining and easy-to-follow instructional booklet - using my favorite Louisiana gumbo recipe as the format. Even though she’d never tasted gumbo before (much less cooked the dish), she followed the ‘recipe’ and crafted a remarkable essay using her unique voice and style.
This booklet was used as the basic outline for this book.
